okay, inspired by Christian Cosas -- who has blogged EVERY DAY in October, I am going to start -- not that I don't have things to write about, but days go by quickly. OK, let's see...

Last Saturday, my parish, St. Catherine Laboure had our first ever "Trunk or Treat" night -- like everybody buys a parking spot (proceeds to youth ministry wink wink), and kids go from car to car and get major quantities of sugar. Hay rides, Monster Mash playing in the background, yup.

On the down side, the Packers are 1 and 6 -- to quote REM, it's the end of the world as we know it...
